Terms of membership and use

The terms that govern membership and use of the Society for AI Security platform.

Use of the registers

You may read, search and link to the registers freely, and use them for your own research and for your organisation's internal work. Please cite the record page when you rely on it.

Content and licences

Summaries, articles and editorial text written by the society are copyright of the Society for AI Security. Some records reproduce material from third parties under open licences, in particular the AI Incident Database (CC BY-SA 4.0), MITRE ATLAS (Apache License 2.0) and UK government publications (Open Government Licence v3.0); that material is identified on the record page and remains under its own licence. The full list is on our Licences page. Facts are free to reuse. To reuse the society's own text at scale, or commercially, ask us first.

Content is provided for information. It does not constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice. Consult qualified advisers before acting on it.

Accuracy and corrections

We work from published sources and show the evidence status of every record, but we cannot guarantee that every record is complete or current. If you find an error, or a record about you or your organisation that you believe should be corrected or removed, use the Report a correction form. We review every request.

Membership

Membership is free. Applications are reviewed by the membership team. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and you agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.

Third-party names

Names of organisations, products and standards are used to identify them. They belong to their owners, and their use does not imply endorsement of this site by them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the society is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them and will post the current version on this page with the date it took effect.
